The Evercharger

This project prompted students to create a functional object that hid its function. Working with my classmate, Aiden Park, we designed a MagSafe phone charging stand with a detachable MagSafe power bank. After much prototyping and sketching, we landed on an organically inspired tree-like form that had two charging docks. We 3D printed and wired two functional prototypes to display both finishing options: a glossy painted look or a luxury CNC’d wooden version.
